There are no mandatory qualifications for estate agents.  However, every member of Morris Estate Agents staff is at least a student member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NFOPP).  All of our new employees are required to work towards the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Sales.  Our Staff have clearly defined professional goals, agreed on an annual basis, and are required to undertake continuing professional development, to ensure they are as well informed as they can be about the issues relating to their field.  We encourage staff to broaden their horizons and undertake study and challenges in other property related fields i.e. lettings, property management etc.  We send delegates to key estate agency events, for example the NFOPP Residential Sales Forum, the Estate Agency Leadership Seminar and the Estate Agent of the Year Awards.

Morris Estate Agents provide a complete property solutions service, to the extent that if a customer wishes to do all their business with us, we can meet all of their requirements!

For some people, the notion of having to organise solicitors, estate agents, consult with mortgage advisors etc is not an experience they look forward to.  Morris Estate Agents recognise an individuals right to have choice. Our clients who wish to do all their business with us, will find there area few areas in which we cannot offer advice, either directly or through an intermediary.  Even if the query is a departure from a typical estate agency related matter, we should be able to point you in the right direction.  First time buyers, buy to let investors, corporate clients, overseas property purchasers etc - we will endeavour to assist, whatever the issue.
